ESNNA Code. - The ESNNA Program and Our Commitment.

In compliance with Supreme Decree No. 005-2020-MINCETUR, which approves the Regulations for Travel and Tourism Agencies, Cusco Tours Trek has subscribed to the Code of Conduct against the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA). In this way, we reaffirm our organizational code of ethics and firmly reject, report, and condemn any practice related to sexual abuse and the exploitation of minors in Peru and the world.

What can we do to prevent the problem from growing?

Maintain a stance of rejection towards ESNNA and emphasize the penalty of imprisonment.

Immediately report any case of ESNNA to the Public Prosecutor`s Office or the National Police.

We do not promote or allow the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents or any other criminal offense of which we become aware in the course of our activities, as provided for by Law No. 29408.
