Terms and conditions of payment.
CANCELLATION BY YOU:
In case of cancellation on your part, before 30 days of the departure date. The entire deposit will be refunded to you, less $100 per person for administrative costs (Such as bank transactions).
In case of cancellation on your part between 30 and 15 days before departure, 25% of the deposit will be returned (less administrative and bank expenses).
The cancellation of your part less than 15 days before the date of your trip, will not give rise to any refund, the agency having already made the payments for your stay on the date.
The non-appearance to the tour or interruption of the trip by the participant for any reason does not give rise to any refund.
CANCELLATION BY THE AGENCY:
In case of cancellation by us for reasons of force majeure (For example: Social or political conflict that does not guarantee minimum security conditions), the entire deposit will be refunded, discounting administrative and banking expenses.
CHANGES IN THE PROGRAM:
For reasonably justified reasons, the agency reserves the right to modify a means of transport, accommodation, itinerary and schedules of some trips, without the participants being able to claim any compensation.
The agency is not responsible for the consequences caused by any type of alteration of the program produced by the closure of airports, weather conditions or for other reasons, such as flight delays, political situations of war, strike, change the type of aircraft and/or other force majeure circumstances.
The additional costs generated by this type of alterations to the program are the responsibility of the passenger.
Our agency is not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, illnesses, as well as flights, theft, damage or loss. On the other hand, each passenger is responsible for their luggage during the trip.
RISKS AND INSURANCE:
You are aware of the country`s own security measures, clearly accepting the risks that this trip implies, especially if you carry out certain activities that present risks. Our agency does not provide personalized insurance. Therefore, every traveler must have repatriation insurance. In general, these support contracts are already included in the services of your credit card or health insurance.
WAY TO PAY:
Registration is effective upon payment of an advance payment of 75% of the total cost of the tour, which implies acceptance of our subscription terms and conditions. The balance of 25% can be paid directly to our agent in Cusco in cash, either in dollars or euros according to the local exchange rate of the day. Once your payment is received, we will send you a confirmation document by email.
